The update comes with a lot of stability improvements, fixes and twaks. “Trydling” also confirmed that any new update will be posted and asked for help from the fans:

In the upcoming weeks, we will also share a large number of balancing tweaks that we are making to Battlefield 4 in future updates, including changes to DMR performance, anti-air, and more.
Also the multiplayer experience will be enriched with a number of items, more information will be revealed on February. The Battlefield 4 Control Room is the place where developers gather all the latest intel of what are they working on, all done based on fans’ feedback.
